Answer The Wellness Zone is collaboration between the different wellness programs at Colorado State University.  These programs include The Hartshorn Health Service, The Campus Recreation Center, and The University Counseling Center.  The Wellness Zone provides many programs and services each week, and most of these are free to students and faculty.  The Wellness Zone also provides many pamphlets and brochures containing information on various health topics.

The Wellness offers a variety of services such as nutrition counseling, resume help, chair massage, fitness report cards, and career counseling.


Question How much do the services provided by The Wellness Zone cost?
Answer All services and information provided by The Wellness Zone are free to students and staff of Colorado State University, except chair massage which costs $5 per 10 minutes for students, and $10 per 10 minutes for staff.

Question When is The Wellness Zone open?

AnswerThe Wellness Zone is open Monday - Friday from 9 am until 4 pm.  You are welcome to drop by any time The Wellness Zone is open.  You can participate in the programs offered or just sit and relax a while.
