The Mission of the Wellness Programs of CSU is to help
students explore and enhance their well being. Through the use of these programs
students will:
- Understand the complexity of developing the
Mind through intellectual curiosity, responsible decision making, seeking
emotional stability, and appreciating challenges as opportunities for growth.
- Be committed to a lifelong development of health,
strength and positive behaviors that encourage a healthy Body image.
- Acknowledge the encompassing concept of Spirit
including inner strength, discovery, and commitment to one's values.
- Appreciate the richness of culture that CSU affords
through the celebration of difference, dedication to environment, and development
of character that supports a civil and growing Community .
